CFT E-Generator - Energy from steam for your efficient use of energy

The subject of sustainability is more relevant today than ever before. The same applies when it comes to how energy costs can be saved in the company. With the E-Generator, we optimise your steam processes and help you to gain energy by using pressure differences.

The e-generator can be easily retrofitted in all steam networks. It can be used with any form of steam generation (gas, oil, hydrogen). The electricity generated is fed into the plant's own network and reduces external electricity purchases. The plant does not interfere with the existing production process.

• Inlet pressure up to 15 bar standing
• Pressure differences from 500 mbar/ü can be used
• Steam volume up to 20 t per module
• Use with saturated steam, wet steam and superheated steam possible

The core technology of the e-generator has been proven in other applications for more than 80 years and helps you to significantly reduce your external energy requirements.

With an investment sum of 200 - 500 T€ - depending on the size of the plant - the amortisation period is only 2 - 3 years, also due to the electricity production costs of only 0.04 €.
